Our Story

From a lucky phone number to a mountain-side "yes," our journey has always been about the great outdoors.

While Brittnee grew up among these mountains, Jack's Utah story began when he moved here in the fall of 2019. In the spring of 2020, our Matron of Honor, Caity, and her husband Alex played the ultimate matchmakers. Alex passed along Brittnee's number, and our first date was a hike that started it all.

Whether we’re fishing, boating, or catching fresh tracks on our snowboards, we are at our happiest when we’re outside together. Early in our relationship, we took our first big trip to the Grand Tetons. That landscape held such a special place in our hearts that it felt like the ultimate "full circle" moment when we returned to that exact same spot years later—and left engaged.

Since we spend so many of our winter days carving through the powder at Snowbasin Resort, we couldn't think of a more perfect place to say "I do." we can’t wait to celebrate this next peak with all of you!
