Weather permitting, the ceremony will be atop the stunning Needles Lodge, accessible via a scenic gondola ride. After the vows, a delicious dinner indoors at Earl's Lodge before celebrating under stars during the reception at the base. It's a magical experience you won't want to miss!
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Join us for a beautiful ceremony starting shortly after 5 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to take in the stunning views and enjoy a scenic gondola ride up to Needles Lodge for the event. We look forward to celebrating with you!
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal dress code blends formal and casual styles. Men should wear slacks or chinos with a button-up shirt and blazer, Women can choose a cocktail dress or a stylish top with tailored pants. Aim for sophistication with personal flair!
How do I get to the wedding venue?
Transportation will be provided at a time and location that will be determined closer to the wedding. For those driving, parking is available at Snowbasin. Please note that while Uber and Lyft services may be an option, their reliability can vary.
What is the wedding day timeline?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early ensure a smooth start. The ceremony will begin shortly after 5 PM, followed by a cocktail hour at Earl's Lodge from 6 to 7 PM. Dinner will be served from 7:15 to 8:15 PM, and the reception will take place from 8:30 to 11 PM. We kindly ask that all guests depart by 11 PM.
